Hi, Advised not to have any medication for muscle building.  Having a high protein vegetarian diet will help in building the muscles.  Consult for getting your diet plan. Need to know your medical history to make a customized plan.

Hello, Hope you are doing well. Make sure that you are having 1. Pre workout- carb rich meal (fruits) 2. Good amount of water (8-10 glasses) 3. High fibre food (vegetables, fruits, whole grains, etc) 4. Healthy fats (nuts, seeds, unrefined oil)

I would advise you not to take steroids for muscle mass, you can have veg protein rich diet like Soyabean 50 gms daily, lentils, mixed dal.
