I am having neck and shoulder pain for the last one week having slightly higher BP and the pain is severe at night

As you have mentioned .. the neck and shoulder pain is it at the nape of neck or down the arm .. If at the nape of the neck .. it can be the trapezius muscle .. which would be in spasm
Next Steps
Pls consult a physiotherapist for the same
