Need to reduce 20 kgs weight
I'm at 25 year old male, 5 ft 9 inch, and weight 95 kg. I've a sedentary lifestyle at office and tend to over eat and have junk food a lot. Need help with a proper vegetarian diet plan, and some exercises to go along with it so that I can reduce weight healthily in 4 months

According to your height your ideal weight should be 78.2 kgs. You need to take high fiber low fat diet to reduce fast and in a healthy way.do crunches and pushups daily to reduce belly fat. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs drink lot of water everyday. Avoid junk and fast food completely. Take fruit chat and salads more.avoid preserved foods.ask me directly for detailed diet plan for you.
