Take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

Hello,we work on principle that âLet your food to be your Medicineâ. No supplements or medicines are given for weight loss, no need to join any gym . We plan daily diets of our clients according to their food habits, lifestyle, blood group and medical history so that they can lose at least 4-5 kgs a month.Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hours . Never skip breakfast. Include protein rich foods in your diet like milk, yogurt, cheese, soybean, broccoli, sprouts, pulses and other dairy products (Vegetarian) and egg, chicken, fish (non-vegetarian).
Increase the consumption of fruits, vegetables and salad in your diet as it contains fibres and vitamins.
