I am having PCOS and I m diagnosed by obesity, I want to loose fat. Can you please suggest me with some diet and lifestyle for weightloss? Please let me know what should I do for weightloss? I do cycling for 40 mins daily.

Hi. Increase fibre intake add but rich fruits and green veggie . Avoid all fried and processed foods eat fresh. Drink 10-12 glasses of water  . Avoid high fat dairy products. Take frequent meals divide the meals 6-7
