You need to consult in person with physiotherapist for proper assessment to get proper treatment. You can apply ice or hot pack to get relief from pain but not long term relief. Consult in person.

Hi, As the image you have attached shows that your left shoulder is higher its more likely due to imabalance in muscles and shortening of neck muscles on the left side could be due to your lifestyle and sleeping posture. Painkillers is not advised as it is short term relief and not targeting your root cause. Get yourself an online consultation where we can discuss the treatment line and do's don'ts. Remember this imabalance can lead to nerve entrapment in the longer run if not taken care timely.
Next Steps
Visit us or get an online consultation for better understanding
Health Tips
Avoid sleeping on left side, avoid unsupported and prolonged sitting, avoid carrying heavy side bags, apply hot water pack on the left shoulder once a day.
