Hi, it seems your pain is due to bad posture and the way you are carrying your baby. Your posture may have altered during pregnancy which is quite common. You just need some postural exercise and streching. Try to maintain a proper neck posture and do neck and shoulder streching and exercises. Also try to avoid pillow during sleep, it could also lead to neck pain.
Health Tips
Avoid pillow and try to make your neck completely touch the bed such that the neck will be straight flat on the bed

Well, it's all about your way of handling babies throughout the day including how you carry your child to feeding to your sleeping pattern. Your posture is affected. So, i would suggest you to get an in-person assessment by a nearby Physio clinic and start with some strengthening exercises for your neck & scapular muscle and shoulder girdle muscles. Don't forget engage your core muscles while working on other area.

After a C-section, take care of your posture and to avoid unnecessary strain on your neck, shoulders, and back—especially if you’re breastfeeding. You can use feeding/nursing pillow while feeding a baby, support your back with a back pillow. Some gentle exercises for your neck and shoulder can help you up.
