I have observed if I eat poha for breakfast the entire next day I have lot of flatulence. Does poha have this side effect?

Carbohydrates are your body primarily energy source , eating poha in the morning can help you stay energised all day . Add in poha lots of veggies so improve fibre . Poha is food that is consumed regularly many people it doesn’t have any side effects.however too much of food can affect body negatively. So, ensure that you can take poha in reasonable quantities.

Hi, Poha doesn't have any side effects all it depends how you consume it, Add more veggies avoid peanuts and add lemon juice.

It depends on the way of preparing it and the way you consume it. Poha after processing has some amounts of iron. It's better to consume it with lemon water (vitamin - C) for its absorption
