You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Do crunches and pushups daily to reduce belly fat. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

Hi Reducing fat can be done with both exercise and diet. You need to alter your dietary habits in order to reduce fat in abdomen and also to loose weight. Try changing some of your habits : * Start eating in smaller plates. * Short meals in regular intervals. *More of water intake. * 30 minutes walk per day. * Eat water 30 minutes before every meal * Avoid water with meals and soon after a meal. * Before having food , eat one full plate of salad. * Consume toned and double toned milk instead of full cream. * Replace unhealthy foods with healthy one. Also, try getting inch loss by doing certain exercises, drinking detox water, green tea etc. Regards, Godiets.
