Hi mam Thanks for your query. First thing this type of problem is very common not only for u. But u can manage gradually. For belly fat & breast both r because if extra visceral fat deposition by having additional adipose tissue because of some hormonal imbalances or changes after child birth . now way is low calorie diet & rigorous exercises based on belly hip, lower limb portion. Take less rice & NO sleep after meal mainly afternoon. Take low carbohydrate ,take chapati, dal,mix veg.any animal protein like fish or egg only white.no red meat. Always light & freqent meals but not heavy at time even lunch or dinner. Take vegetables low potao & fruits except banana. Use only 40ml oil mastrd. No fast, junk, occasion, outside, pizzas, burgers, cutlets BIRIYANI, fried rice or all similar foods. If you are breast feeding mother or even post B.F then this fat may seen but gradually you may reduce as guided diet & exercises.
