Fat loss is a gradual process. There is no quick fix approach. Following a healthy diet which has optimal amounts of first class proteins, reduced carbohydrates & healthy fats along with a structured exercise program that is balanced with weight training and cardio will surely help. Besides these factors, we need to take into account that there are no hormonal imbalances that can impede your rate of fat loss .Kindly consult us for a customised diet and workout plan.

Thank you for your concerned issue. There are different and many ways to reduce the weight. But before that it is necessary for me to know that 1. What is your current height and weight? 2. Since when you are gaining weight? 3. Are you married or unmarried? 4. Are you working or a student? 5. Do you have any obstetrics history? 6. What type of lifestyle and dietary habits you have? How long will it take to reduce is mainly depend on what type of lifestyle you are going through and what type of diet you are taking in your daily routine. Because you cant change it abruptly all along in a day... You don't have to worry, the more religiously you will go through the diet chart and exercises, less time it will take to reduce your weight. For diet plan you can contact me on my consultation.
