I am feeling stomach pain in upper part of the abdominal, nausea and burp for more than 15 days. I am diagnosed with h pylori and gastritis. I am right now under medication for 10 days. I had taken claribid 500 and mox 500mg capsule for 4 days 2 times a day but couldn't see the results. Do I need to continue with medication or consult another doctor.

I was having huge acidity prob. My doc diagnosed h-pylori infection as the cause. After 2 months of treatment i dont have acidity, but i am getting anal pain few times a week after potty in morning. The pain remains  till afternoon. What should i do?whom should i contact?

I have H Pylori, Las lex, duodenal ulcers, esophagitis and esophagus ulcer. I had chest discomfort, throat scratching and throat lump, lot of burping. I completed triple therapy for h pylori a week ago. I was good for 3-4 days. Now my symptoms have returned. I still have throat discomfort (not as intense), tiny burps very often plus stomach ache, constipation and bloating has started. My diet is very clean. I am very tensed. Will I every become normal.

Hello I got an endoscopy done since I’m suffering from severe acidity and I’m tested positive for H pylori bacteria. Doctor prescribed 2 week’s antibiotic course which involves taking 4 antibiotics per day (clarithromycin and amoxicillin) and a gastric tablet. I understand that this is the standard allopathy treatment for h pylori. I’m concerned about taking high dosage of antibiotics for prolonged period. Can someone please advise if this is ok ? Is there any alternative Ayurvedic medicine that you guys have tried ?

Hi I have been prescribed below mentioned medications for H pylori treatment. Pls convey if the dosage and medications are fine to continue for 14 days. I am testing positive for H pylori infection for the 3rd time Esomac D - 1 No in Morning before food Bisthera 120mg - 4 Times a day Doxycycline 100mg  - 1 No in Morning and 1 No in night Metrogyl 400 - 1 No in Morning and 1 No in night Esomac 40 - 1 No in night before food Already feeling uncomfortable after having medications for 1st Day itself. In December i had done an ugi endoscopy, which showed h pylori, i was given sompraz hp kit for 14 days. Prior to diagnosis i had gnawing, stomach burning and lot of smelly fart! After first treatment, i still had burning stomach sometimes, and lot of smelly flatulence. Now 2 mnths later, i have being treated with another set of antibiotics, triple therapy only, i am on day 12, i do have stomach pain sometimes but i guess thats due to abx. But my smelly fart has reduced totally, like when i fart it doesn't have any smell, is this an indication of h pylori being eradicated? Please help me. Due to anxiety of thinking that this treatment will fail too, i am getting scared. I am on penicillin and doxycycline and dexlansoprazole this time. Please guide me.

Hi I was having a stomach related issue. on testing I was found h pylori positive. This testing was done 6 months back. I took treatment with physicians and stomach pain , burning sensation and vomiting were stopped. . Last 2 months I was good but again from last 10days my stomach is buring and feel like vomiting. When ever my stomach burn I get motion. And it is like something is there in stomach and I feel heavy. I am continuing with sucrafil o gel still. I take 2 spoon at night. But still I have stomach pain and burning sensation. Pls help. How to know whether my h pylori issue has been solved or not.

Hi Doctor, I Have H Pylori positive and i have completed my antibiotics dosages for 14 day's of Sompraz HP. And now i am using Sompraz D before food daily since last 15 day's, and now i am not having any symptoms related to H pylori except bloating after lunch ,mild burning sensation in throat and bad test in mouth. so please advice me.
