Hi, I am facing sleep problems from past 3 months. Once in a week I am unable to sleep. And some times I sleep less, where I wake after 3 -4 hrs of sleep onset and get only light sleep after that. Need help.

Hi I have been taking duphaston for 8 days, my period was due yesterday but it hasn't come yet instead I am experiencing brown spotting. Is it onset of period or implantation bleeding? Is spotting normal while taking duphaston? I was told that the periods will come once I stop the medicine.

In continuation of my earlier question regarding onset of early periods, can masturbation or fingering induce early periods sometimes or there is some other reason for it? Because every time my husband does fingering, it induces periods after some time always. Would like to know the correct reason behind it since it's happening always like that.
