Sir,  taking pinch of salt with milk, is safe ? Becouse i like to  take mashed roti with sugar and pinch of salt to enhance taste. And in corn flakes, market breads, biscuits iodized salt is added in little quantity and people like to take it with milk is it safe ? please help me sir i found milk and salt is incompatible and may cause disease. Hi Sir, I just did my RFT, LFT and Lipid Profile test and here's the report HDL Choleshtrerol directy 30.4 and total Cholestrol HDL Ratio is 5. Other (RFT) is Serum Creatinine is 1.1 and Globulin 3.64 and A/G Ratio is 1.236. and LFT report is Protein 8.14, SGOT 42 and SGPT 37.0. I have high Blood Pressure issue, but now i started exercise and eating healthy food. Please let me know what Food is required and what routine i have to follow to low my blood pressure.

Sir/Madam, uncontrollable gasses come out frequently in 10-20 min.s interval irrespective of anything i eat/drink from 6-8 months. The gas passing stops after i feel hungry. If i eat after that again starts. The problem started in Hyderabad after eating their sour foods for 4-5 months.
