Suddenly gaining weight
I got brain stroke in 2014 Last year I went to neuro surgeon he gave me medicine to continue But suddenly I M gain weight N last year only I got married Is there some serious issue Should I go to him again

You need to take high fiber low fat diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.

First I want to know ur Weight and height? If u r overweight then loose ur weight. Take high fibre diet n low fat n carbohydrates diet plan and do exercises. And consult Neuro surgeon for  follow up. Stop eating outside foods and packets foods junkfoods cold drinks chocolates,fatty foods. Water intake 16glasses daily. Follow proper diet schedule daily like eating foods in right time and walking becoz burn calories is must. Avoid fruit juices and fruits high in sugar. Potato sweet potatoes arbi and yam don't take.
