Hi Is vitamin b12 and d injection dosage affected on digestive system? Like not want to eat and feeling full whole day and little bit cough as well. Problem occures since i had started to take the dosage. Please suggest

I went to doctor for extreme fatigue. He got me tested for B12 and found it to be 112. However I was not tested for vitamin D. But doctor gave me some oral oil based injection for vitamin D (may be arachitol) and has prescribed unical 500 tablets (500 mg Calcium and 250 IU Vitamin D3) for one month simultaneously.
