Hi You can do post dinner walks after giving the gap of 1 hour of your dinner... immediately after dinner you should not do walk as that will disturb your digestion process and will create indigestion in your body. Meet a Dietician/Nutritionist for personalized diet plan Eat healthy!! Stay Healthy !! As it's the body in which you have to live in!

Better if you can walk 30 mints before your meal or after a hour. If you are able, the best time of walk is morning time with empty stomach. It’s very helpful rather than after night dinner. After dinner walk not good for health it cause slow down the digestion and also stomach pain. For more detail consult me directly on Practo.
