Wanna lose weight.
My height is 4.7". Weight is 60 kgs. So according my height my weight should be approx 45 to 50 kgs. I hv mainted my weight of 47kgs till 2012. After that I joined BPO (night shifts) so I started gainig weight. Now I have gained a lot and most of my friends calling me balloon. I want to reduce and get back to my old jeans. In short I want to reduce and wanna go back to 28 waist size from 34 waist.

Hello there. This irregular lifestyle has got you into this problem. Take care of your eating and sleeping patterns as much as possible. Practice yoga and meditation that will keep the stress down Here are a few tips to reduce weight. 1. Drink lots of water. 2. High protein, low carbohydrate diet must be followed. 3. Intake of calories should be less than the daily requirement, and you should get most of the calories from fruits and vegetables. 4. Avoid rice and rice products. Green tea twice a day. 5. Burn more calories than you have taken. Cardio workout must be followed. Any form of excercise which keeps your heart rate raised to a level of 140-150 burns fat effectively. 6. If you are very dedicated and follow all these sincerely you would be able to lose 15kgs in 4 months. All the best. Regards
