My wedding is in November. I want to loss my 3 to 4 kg. I exercise daily but nothing is helpfull for me.

Hi, You should look smashingly good on your big day... Exercise alone will not help u in losing weight. .. along with exercise proper diet is must... Diet based on ur height, weight, BMI, etc... Diet based on ur likes and dislikes, eating habits, lifestyle, etc.

With in one month u can  reduce  3-5kg weight. Provide me complete information of ur height, weight, physical activity, madical history,, diet history, veg or nonveg. Start exercise and walk early morning and evening. Take high fiber food in ur diet. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Add plenty of water. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet . .

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you.
