After running 10 km in a day 10 km walking I burn 1200 calorie
Zym 2 times and eat oats with toned milk with little honey
And I skip lunch and dinner I take 2 multi grain atta rotti with boil vegetables and 1 egg amlete and salad half spoon India gate basamati brown rice in a month I lost 10 kg now I'm 83.7 kg
So pls tell me in lunch can I take half avocado fruits with 1 apple 1 mosambi every day for weight loss

Skipping meals can also slow down your metabolism, which can lead to weight gain or make it harder to lose weight.
When you skip meals or go a long time without eating. Your body goes into survival mode .
Don’t skip meals only reduce quantity.
All over good..but skipping food is not a good idea, and in general, in a month we can lose 5kg ..10kg is a little bit unpractical....try a proper balanced diet so ur body will get the required nutrients.u can continue avocado and remaining diet patterns..but not for long term may be u can tey for a 15 to 20 days and come to normal balance diet chart...if any difficulty to understand..please go through proper guidance and help of dietician.
