My weight is 73 kg and my height is just 5'6. And now it seems as though my height is not growing my dad is tall bt i m left short.
I am not able to lessen my weight n belly despite of regular n healthy food and proper working whole day.
Suggest me the solution pls

Hi thanks for your query. First thing is weight & belly fat loss by short time almost next to impossible. But yes on regular effort u can do this significantly. So far I can check here BMI is 26.07 where as the level is 18.5 to 22.9 so u can come down around 5 kg soon. Do some yoga,mild exercises like chest, belly,hips linked..early morning 5.30am start running 25 mins mild,then walk 15 mins..then start free hand exercises, you can join aerobic also. Take yogurt ,curd ,only of vegetables manly gourd family like papay a, bitter gourd,snake gourd, etc..greens like spinach,fruits like cucumber,, pears,sour types all, juices, coconut water nut no coconuts, no dry fruits ,nuts,fried foods..rice very less but whole wheat flour,brown breads etc imp.plant protein prefer .milk,chana,panee r can eat.no cream ,fast,junk,street foods,no oily foods,sllep only 6 hours..always dynamic...thanks
