Hi Eat small frequent homemade meals . Indulge in 20 minutes walk and 15 minutes walk daily and have good quality sleep for 8 hours a day .

Gud morning pls kindly do full body check up including thyroid, diabetes, lipid profile test, liver functioning test, kidney functioning test n vitamins deficiency test first of all. There might be some internal reasons responsible for it.
