Weight issuse
I am 31 years old and my height is 5.5 and my weight is 68 kgs.is my weight okay or should i reduce and secondly i feel my stomach is bluging.my C-section is done in 2015.I have a cyst in my right kidney of 52x55mm.

U r coming in overweight. I need to see the reports of ur medical problems.  Start exercise and walk in daily routine. Follow healthy diet. Avoid package food, sweets, candy, oily and fried food. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet.

Stop eating junk , sweets , sodas , maida , any outside food . Salty chips etc . Take light dinner n early too . Limit tea n coffee. Do walk n yoga . If still gaining weight then consult personally for proper guidance and help. Eat well live Nutrigenious
