I am typing 1 diabetic and hypothyroid patient. I am currently on insulin and taking thyronorm for hypothyroid. My weight is 74kgs and I am trying to lose weight. No matter what I try there is no change in weight management. My height is 5'4. I am 23 years old. Kindly suggest which diet plan will be suitable.

1) maintain your water intake
2) avoid glycemic index foods
3) eat portion and timely meal
4) do some physical activity regularly
5) avoid fast food and oily foods

1. Take plenty of lukewarm water 12 glasses per day.
2. Avoid late night dinners and dinner food should be light.
3. Add more fibers.
4. Avoid white sugar use (brown sugar), avoid white salt take (rock salt) and maida( refined flour).
5. Take proper rest.
