I'm 31 years and delivered by c section in April.
My height is 5.3 and weight is 90. Plz suggest something for my weight loss. Or a diet which I can follow.
I'm a vegetarian and doing walk for 30 min everyday.
My baby is on top feed only

Eat homemade healthy food . Nowadays prblm is junk sweets , outside fried food, unhealthy salty snacks and soda drinks . start making healthy choices n you will get best health n shape as a bonus . Eat well live Nutrigenious.

For reducing weight loss u hv to follow three main things like healthy diet, exercise and brisk walk. U hv to follow post pregnancy diet. Why ur baby is on top feed described it. Add high fiber food in ur diet. Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet. Add more fluids whole day. Small and frequent feeding should be included in your diet.
