It is good to take supplements only if a defeciency has been found to be existing Eat a well balanced diet including vitamin C rich fruits & vegetables  and add green leafy vegetables such as Brahmi regularly along with almonds  walnuts,chia seeds,fatty fish regularly in prescribed quantities in your Diet to support optimal nutrition.
