Working ib shifts
Hi all, This is regarding my working cycle.my work is in a way that we have different shifts and the roaster us weekly changes.our body can't adjust immediately doing day shift after night shift.what precautions we need to take to stable our health.

hey, you should maintain your health properly, sleep for 7 to8 hours in a day ,don't skip meals, stay calm and cool, do exercise daily if possible
