It is easy to get an appointment in an emergency situation and the receptionist was empathetic to the waiting patients. The doctors are knowledgeable and can correlate a problem with the patient as an individual. The team of paramedics supports the patient and facilitates the procedures efficiently. The toilet was clean and useable. The clinic has positive vibes for the well being of all and does not aggressively sell their own agenda to the patient.

The doctor was really sweet and she explained to me the reason for problem, which was due to my own mistake. She took her time to explain to me as to how going further i need to take my medicines and also maintained positivity in her attitude throughout the consultation which helped my fears and hesitation in asking questions to go away.
