Wouldn't recommend this doc to anyone. We had booked an appointment on Practo for my mother's gastric issues at Max Patparganj. Firstly, the fees given on app is Rs.800 but we were charged an extra Rs.200 as registration charge at Max which wasn't mentioned anywhere. Secondly, the doctor himself wasn't available at the hospital, his intern or assistant was present there who took him on call to aid the matter. She prescribed some basic meds to my mother and asked to get an Ultrasound done. We didn't pay Rs.1000 to get basic meds prescribed which any chemist could've done. Also, my mother was in pain due to gastric problem and asked when the doctor would come and he actually asked her to come to Vaishali (his other center). **** ******* ** * ****** ****** ****** * ******* ** ****** **** ******** ******* ******* *** *********** **** you could've clearly told that I'm not available today and you may come on xyz date.Nevertheless, mom got her ultrasound done and we asked the doctor for another appointment, for a date when he himself will be available at the hospital. This was the final blow. When my mother finally met him and asked what possibly is wrong, he simply waved it off saying it was not his area, and that she should go to some other doctor like ortho or physiotherapist. My mother told him that she's constantly suffering from gastric issues *** *** ****** **** ** ***** *** ***** ******* ** *** But this guy, to her utter astonishment, says "how do you know its gas, could be some other issue, pls go to someone else". He didn't even recommend someone in writing, not a single advice as to what could be possibly wrong and such rude and arrogant behaviour.***** ***** **** ****** **** * ****** ***** Neither would we ever want anyone to experience what we did.

Happy with: Explanation of the health issueDoctor friendlinessTreatment satisfactionValue for money
Dear Mam,
I am really short of word as words does not have that strength which can describe the journey. It was our second pregnancy and like all new couples we were unsure whom should we trust for taking care of unborn bundle of joy. In this case I was admitted in hospital in first trimester for threatened abortion and you saved the life of my son, then things moved well. On 25.02.20 due to severe pain I was again admitted in hospital and I gave birth of preterm baby boy in 32 weeks. During my labour pain and delivery, you gave me confidence for normal delivery which was very much required at that time. All these things happen suddenly My husband called her around 3.55 PM on her personal number and she told him to bring me in Max Healthcare. She admitted me immediately and my son was born on 6.46 PM. It is pertinent to mention here that my first baby was born through C Section but under the supervision of Dr Parinita Kalita mam my second baby born with normal delivery. she is a perfectionist who has dealt everything with utmost brilliance. Thanks a lot Ma'am for your support and suggestions throughout my Pregnancy. It was a blessing knowing you. I wish you health, wealth and prosperity in your life. Sincere regards from my entire family.

Visited Dr. Manish Aggarwal (Cardiologist)
Note: This doctor is no longer practicing at Max Super Speciality Hospital
Dr. Manish Agarwal is a thorough professional and very competent in his field. I am saying this from my personal experience. In September last year, my father suddenly compared of pain in the chest. Our local doctors dismissed this as a regular blood pressure related issue. Not satisfied, we rushed our father to PSRI hospital where he was given immediate attention. Dr. Agarwal as the chief cardiologist attended to the case patiently and helped me understand the issues, i.e. blockage in the arteries. He explained the risks and benefits to me clearly and performed an immediate angioplasty. The procedure was performed effectively. My father has now regained his old fitness and strength and is quite satisfied with the experience. Moreover, the guidance received from Dr Aggarwal post the surgery is quite pertinent. He has been able to manage the parameters well and shows genuine concern for the patients. I thank Dr. Aggarwal for all his support in the last few months and would highly recommend him.

*** **** **** ** ********** *** ** *** **** **************** ******** ** *** *******. He is also a great human being. My mother was diagnosed with the problem of sigmoid perforation and diverticulitis. Initially Dr. Amit Jain tried to solve the problem through medication, which is an attribute of great doctor. However, later on when symptoms persisted, he performed the colon surgery of my mother. Presently, my mother is recovering and doing well.
Dr. Amit Jain explained the intricacies of surgery very well. He answered each of our queries and even our experience of follow up post surgery with Dr. Jain has been great.
Dr. Amit Jain saved the life of my mother as it turns out on the basis of biopsy report that the surgically removed part of colon contains Cancer cells. Dr. Jain removed the tumour with great precision. Surgery of my mother was complicated. But Dr. Jain performed the procedure in a nice manner.
A Great and highly recommended surgeon. A friendly and humble doctor.
Visited Dr. Narendra Agarwal (General Surgeon)
This is with great honour and pleasure that I am sharing my treatment experience with Dr Narendra Agarwal. I am from Mauritius, a patient of recurrent pneumothorax (Lung disease), and by the grace of GOD I got in touch with someone who was treated by Dr Narendra with the same pathology. From the first day we got in touch with him, his respond was very quick and responding to every of our query and still the same after the operation and return to Mauritius without any mention or worry of money. Nowadays in this "medical market", it very rare to find humble and truthful doctors like that where we can lay our full trust. He answers all our query with such clarity humbleness and patience.
Word will never be enough to express my gratitude and I can never thank you enough for the special and excellent care you have provided through my whole operation and post operation. I am blessed that I was operated by you. Thank you so much for the great care and surgery you performed on me. You are always in my prayer and God bless you for all your surgery.🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼☺️

Dr. Naresh is a friendly doctor as well a doctor who suggests you a right way out to treat your problem, I had pseudocyst of acute necrotising pancreatitis and I have been roaming round the delhi ncr to get it resolve. At final I have got reference of Dr Naresh and i have still decided to check my final opinion with my doctor sitting in USA. My friend guided me to go with the process suggested by Dr. Naresh And the way I have been treated by Dr Naresh agarwal is excellent and perfect in all medical practitions and experience they have. A very big thanks to their team and the people associated with him during my cyst drainage with perfect endoscopy.
In my case I had a wall cyst of necrotising pancreatitis which was in size of approximately 26cm
And the liquid which was drained out was like more then 4.5 ltr. I can't believe that how I was walking with that cyst carrying in my abdomen.
Thanks to doctor and the team for saving my life from this big trouble I have been carrying throughout the year...

Very bad experience.Doctor didn't listen to the problem completely .My Mom has been suffering since january2019 .As first these ulcers were on gums so v thought it's dentist issue so the treatment was given by a dentist .But then a doctor suggested to consult a skin specialist hence Dr.Jain.But unfortunately neither did he ask what medicines she had taken nor did he bother to ask her any other medical history .HE kept on saying that you listen to me and ollow this prescription wdout realising that my mom had already taken those medicines .My Mom is 72yrs old and retired as a staff nurse and I also belong to the same profession and v knew what he had prescribed BUT WE DIDNOT FEEL LIKE ARGUING WITH HIM as he was pretty rude .He snubbed my mom when she tried to show him her prescription of the medicines she has been taking as he had been continuously suggesting that "observe kaun si dawai khane ke Baad apke ulcers nikalte hain " .She has been on thyroid and anyihypertensive since last 25yrs .Atleast he could have just asked her what all medications she has been on .I would never recommend him to anyone ** ** ******* **** *** ********* ****** *

The doctor and his team member Ajay were the most helpful people till the surgery. But post surgery once he must have made his share of the fee.
All friendliness was lost, it was a prostrate TURP surgery, and the patient had UTI post surgery and when he went on a followup visit. His statement was surgery is fine, these issues are not related to my part consult other dosctors for these issues or get admitted various specialist will take care of you.
My whole family have been loyal customers of Max but this was the most pathetic experience we ever had.
