Is it medically true that HS has no cure

I am a 26–27 year old female diagnosed with Hidradenitis Suppurativa (underarm). I was told that this condition is not permanently curable and can only be managed. I want to confirm: 1. Is it medically true that HS has no permanent cure? 2. Can it go into long-term remission with proper treatment? 3. I was advised weight loss and laser hair removal. – How is weight loss possible when sweating triggers flare-ups, and exercise causes sweating? 4. Are there patients who remain flare-free for long periods and live normally? 5. Is there any chance of a permanent or near-permanent solution, especially when planning marriage next year?
