I have swelling in right ankle for past 2 weeks.i dont know when started exactly as the pain was very minimum and only swelling was there...but after some days the pain started to increase..morning there is no pain while waking up..after starting routine work it started paining and increase till night..i feel like shooting pain sometimes which feels like kind of nerve pain near the outer part of the right ankle...sometimes it spreads upto knee/calf also.i have applied medicine few times but no decrease in pain.from yesterday my left side of neck (where pulse is felt ) started to pain..it comes and goes till today...am i facing any nerve issue.

Last night, i was sleeping, and i feel chakkar (dizziness) while sleeping at around mid night.
I got up at 3 am for toilet and i felt palpitations thn. Skipped beats type. Had bad dreams.
Is it a cause to worry? Usually i have good sleep.
Is it cardiac related? Beacuse on Google it shows that if you feel dizzy while sleeping thn you should be having heart failure. All my cardiac tests ecg echo tmt blood tests are normal.

Actually I have a problem of over thinking and generally I think of something worst. So recently I visited a psychiatrist and he gave Parix cr25 and colapam 0.5 but after taking this medicine I feel dizziness nervousness nausea and just not feel good. So can I stop this medicine as it's been just 2 days
My right eyelid (38) is frequently twirling since last week continuously, is there any sign of neurological problem? Or any other thing ?
