So I did a total journey of six hours in extreme heat. During the journey did not feel much issue except fast heart rate and thirst. But now that I have come home, I'm feeling very unwell... despite putting cold water and bathing, my body feels very hot. I am feeling nausea. I think I have got affected by the heat.
