I ate a mango that was a little rotten from one side. So i ate rest of it. Later i saw it had off white worms. I'm really worried what should i do? I might have accidentally ingested some worms

Hello, I ate pasta outside today and suddenly I feel stomach burning sensational I feel burning sensation stomach se upar chest ki taraf horaha hai .I M not able to sleep .is it related heart ?? What can I do now ?? Any home remedies for now.

From last 2,3 months I am getting stomach pain, one doctor said it's because of stress then I have consulted other one he said kind of ulcer. Last week I have consulted other doctor, he said because of not eating properly and sleeping too, I am getting pain, so he told me to check H. pylori test.
