I have dizziness, nausea, loss of appetite and bloating in the morning since 3 days. I have stress and anxiety issue also.
Normal water coming to home have ph 7. I put lemon and mint in water yesternight and checked now and ph of water is 5 (tested) after 24 hrs. Is it okay to drink lemon water overnight regularly with such PH as i thought it make water alkaline. If not then how can i prepare alkaline water?
6 days Ago I visited a Spine Surgeon for my Neck spasm prob. After Xray he prescribed ZERODOL TH4 tablet (bd) for 1 week. Aceclofenac 100 mg +Thiocolchicocide 4mg After one day I found mild loose motion. Frequent motion 2 or 3 times in a day. I m taking Sporlac ds bd since 4 days much improvement but not normal routine as before.
Can i take bandy tablet for deworming? What is the recommended dosage and duration? Can it be taken with or without food?
