I am having chronic gastritis issues like heart burn and stomach pains
Used to take endoscopy every year , but the report will come as normal or else some time some mild gastritis.
I am having poor quality of life because of this issue.
Kindly let me know can we use PPI for long terms after consulting with doctor? Because I am feeling more better while taking PPIs.
Please let me know any major side effects will come because of regular use of PPI?

I ate a mango that was a little rotten from one side. So i ate rest of it. Later i saw it had off white worms. I'm really worried what should i do? I might have accidentally ingested some worms
Hi I am having fissures since last Dec. It gets cured within few weeks but comes again within 15 days after a slightly hard bowel movement.
I have already changed my diet & quit eating junk foods, any type of fried food & spices.

6 days Ago I visited a Spine Surgeon for my Neck spasm prob. After Xray he prescribed ZERODOL TH4 tablet (bd) for 1 week. Aceclofenac 100 mg +Thiocolchicocide 4mg
After one day I found mild loose motion. Frequent motion 2 or 3 times in a day. I m taking Sporlac ds bd since 4 days much improvement but not normal routine as before.
I have SGPT 52. SGOT is 29. Vit D3 45. Triglycerides 201. How can I bring down SGPT and Triglycerides?
