My daughter 13 .9 yesr having ft4 value 1.73 beyond normal value 1.63 and tsh is 3.790 with in range. Having hair fall. Please advise whether she is having thyroid issues. If so what type it is.

I had d Dimer and Nt pro BNP today. My D Dimer comes 387 generally it remains around 240-250 and my Nt Pro BNP comes 88 generally it remains around 50-60. So is there any problem starting? I have these symptoms from several months. Puffiness on face, hands and feet. Body feels swollen. Weight gain though my calorie intake is less, I don't have any carb or sugar craving. Tiredness, lethargic, stiffness at feet, Shaft. Bloating after the meal. Always sleepy. Retention. Low stamina. Difficulty climbing stair case. Always heaviness in the body. When I exercise my weight increase. Swelling at ankle in the morning and after exercise. Difficulty to focus. Shivering in fingers while typing or doing any activity. Do I have a heart condition.? I am gltuen intolerant. I was covid positive in 2021 since then I am experiencing these symptoms. I have no pain in the region of swelling. My current weight 68kg Height 5feet
