Hi doctors I was having recurrent uti without any symptoms so after antibiotics I repeated the culture test which showed E. coli 10,00cfu/ml Gram stain few pus cells few gram negative bacilli My gynec said it's too less to consider as uti My query is is the infection too severe ?
