Ecoli in urine culture

Hi doctors I was having recurrent uti without any symptoms so after antibiotics I repeated the culture test which showed E. coli 10,00cfu/ml Gram stain few pus cells few gram negative bacilli My gynec said it's too less to consider as uti My query is is the infection too severe ? I don't have any symptoms Attaching pic for reference Pls clear the doubt Pls don't ask to consult

Protein Traces in Urine, Kidney failure?

My urine routine report is attached. Kindly check This shows positive for urine protein. Does that mean my kidney already failed? What other tests should I do to make sure there is a kidney disease? should I go for urine culture also? 3 months back my urine report had no protein but don't know how my kidney failed all of sudden.
