L arginine , argihope
I am able to get proper erections but noticed that the hardness was more better a year or two before than what it is now . Maybe because of stress at work and ageing (33now) . So thinking of taking l arginine to increase nitric oxide in the body which will likely help increase blood flow to the bottom portion of the body as well. I am planning to take L-arginine 3gms sachet daily empty stomach for 3 months like a supplement. I want to know how long it will take for me to see its effects , I am going to take it for 3 months and then stop. Will this give permanent good effects or do I take this occasionally a few months in every year? Planning to buy Argihope 3gm sachets. Also can I take Zinconia tablets for a month for immunity? Can I take calcirol for a month as well? No medical issues. Will taking all these give better results in 3 months? Or just taking L arginine will do? I am 66kgs and height is 5ft7inches.
