It has been 14 days since I had circumscion through the ZSR method but the silicon ring has not come out. Is it something to worry about?

I have a kidney stone in my right side kidney. I have pain in the last 5 days, the pain is moving from one place to another. Yesterday I took blood test and CT scan to rule out, my reports are attached. Can someone suggest me what medications are needed? Do I need IV? Or wait for it to come out in the tablets. I'm worried my Creatinine level is elevated. Is creatinine is really serious with this condition? Please advise
