Pain in right knee
I have had pain in my right knee for the last 6-7 days. Not able to fold my leg and sit on the floor. Pain is more during climbing stairs and when required to fold the leg. No injury and no swelling.

Should i use hot pack or cold pack for gap in knee joint? I am feeling pain and not able to walk properly.
I was taking Teriparatide Injection for osteoporosis past 6 months regularly daily but now since my last injection stock got over, it's been 10days since I have not taken the injection... Is it okay to resume the daily injection course.. and are there any side effects of there is a gap of 10 days...
Have slightly high levels of CRP and ESR. Also, have pain in index finger joint and feet bones. Did test for Uric acid, CRP and ESR. 1. Uric acid is in normal range - 4.6 mg/dl 2. CRP - 21.7 mg/l 3. ESR - 29 mm/1st hour Pls advise for permanent cure.
