Small Pimples on penis head
I got 2 small pimples in red colour last week on head area of penis. After couple of days it went away but 2 days later it was spreading. Now I have few small dots red in colour and a 1-2 big pimples. I have no problem while urinating, but it's having bad smell and when I touch the penis, it's paining a little. I maintain a very good hygiene of my private parts, and didn't had any physical relationship/sex from last 2 years with anyone. A lateral nerve across the penis
I am Male 24, and i have a lateral nerve running across( the just behind the penis head ends), it is since start but before it was not much noticeable but now it has grown ... and the problem that it is causing is when it is touched while masturbating or sex it make the ejaculations early , which is not if it is not touched but it can't be helped it is touched while stimulation..
