40 years Male here.
I am noticing sudden changes in my weight. I kind of lost 6-7 Kgs in a span of 8 weeks, and continue to lose even after. I am currently at 67kgs and few months back was at 75Kgs. I also feel my bones are weak and fatigue.
Situation is to gain just one kg of weight, I had to workout well, eat well and put in lots of efforts. But if I stop putting those efforts,I keep losing weight instantly and easily. This has been the case for me last few years and repeatedly happen.
Also I always have aches n pains in my body, like knee joints, ankles, hip joints, or even elbows. I do regular workouts like few times a week and have been consistently doing this last few years. But still, I get joint pains and aches if I just stop doing it just for few days.
Question is why do these pains occur? Is vitamin D deficiency an issue. Is it related to arthritis and how to diagnose n prevent it in early stages.
Kindly advise and your expertise is needed.
My kid is 5 years old. On May 15 she fractured her leg. Doctor has put pop. Today we went for 3rd checkup. He told her to lift the left. She too lifted. He said bones have joined well. To get stronger, doctor has put pop again today. When will she walk? Doctor said to come after 15 to take x ray and then he will remove pop. He said me not to send her to school for 1 month. When can we send her to school? Because she gets bored and frustrated at home. What are the don't after pop removal
I have had pain in my right knee for the last 6-7 days. Not able to fold my leg and sit on the floor.
Pain is more during climbing stairs and when required to fold the leg.
No injury and no swelling.
All the time Pain on the right thigh, between hip and knee bone, no relief after taking diclofenac tablets, vitamin tablets, many other medicines also, in scanning of thigh and x ray of spine, there is no problem at all. But in MRI it is written as - disc dessication at L4, L5, L5-S1 levels.
- diffuse disc bulge at L2, L3 level causing thecal sac compression minimal bilateral neural foramen narrowing .
- diffuse disc bulge postereocentral protrusion at L4 L5 levels causing thecal sac compression, impingement on bilateral traversing & exiting nerve roots.
- diffuse disc bulge postereocentral protrusion at L5 S1 levels causing thecal sac compressionbilateral neural foramen narrowing impingement on bilateral exiting nerve roots.
Doctor ,what to do for pain relief
Hi Sir/Madam,
Iam having Navicular Hairline Fracture almost 35 days back, but I got to know about fracture through MRI 15 days back, since then iam on Ankle Brace, Rest and following Non Weight Bearing.
I read most of the time navicular has poor blood flow and heaing time takes long and sometimes it will become non union, is it ?
Should I undergo MRI or CT or X-Ray once again to understand the Current status whether it is in process of healing or not ?
Currently I don't have any swelling or pain on midfoot since I'm in rest.
It's been already 35 days since I had fracture and 15 days on complete rest. I'm getting scared about this fracture and wanted to go back to my work as soon as possible.
Please help out team.
