Dietary Management:
Drink at least 2-3 litres of water a day
Eat high fibre diet; whole grains, bran, oat, green leafy vegetables, peas, beans, potatoes, raw vegetables, salads, dried fruits, and fresh fruits
Eat fruits with skin
Avoid that fruits that cause constipation like pomegranate etc
Walk after meals
Drink 2-3 glasses of lukewarm water in the morning
Limit intake of laxatives
Note:
Do not suppress the urge to pass stool
Get a regular time fixed to the toilet
