        Breakfast(8.00-8.30AM)-  Oats veg upma/daliya veg upma-1med katori

                                                      + 1 small katori any green chutney  

         Mid-meal(11.00-11.30AM) -  1 cup boiled kabuli chana/boiled chickpeas   

         Lunch(2.00PM) -  1 cup rice+ soya chunk curry(1/2cup)+ Ladies  finger

                                         sabji(1/2cup)+ small cup  low fat curd  

       Evening(4.00PM):-  1 portion fruit(Include different colored fruits)   

         Dinner(8.00PM):-  Jowar or  bajra flour plain chapati-2pc + 1med katori

                                            mix.veg stew/any green veg plain curry
