How to deal with cervical pain...? Do some shoulder exercises like shoulder depression , elevation and shrugs ... And shoulder wall press ..Do some neck isometric exercises and neck rotation up and down ,side to side ,chin tuck exercise and if u r suffering from vertigo too do some vestibular exercises ...like gaze stability exercises,tandem walking, standing balance activities...Atlast do neck stretching like upper trapezius and SCM stretch and lateral neck stretch do some stretches
