• Consume only Home-cooked fresh meals.

• Start your day with some immunity-boosting detox water such as Lukewarm turmeric water by adding some crushed ginger & a little honey, Lukewarm lemon water, Lukewarm cinnamon water/basil leaves water etc.

• Increase Vitamin C ( Lemon, oranges, Kinu, mausami, Amla, Guava, Papaya, Kiwi, Broccoli, Capsicum) in your diet.

• Have Green tea for extra dose of Antioxidants.

•Completely Avoid tetra packed juices, soda cans. They lowers the Immunity System.

• Keep yourself Stress free.

• Sleep Properly (6-8 hrs).

• Follow Indoor Workouts ( Surya Namaskar, Jumping jack, skipping etc.)

• Limit your White sugar and salt intake.
