TEST 1
You should be able to reach behind your head and touch the top of the opposite shoulder blade.
TEST 2
You should be able to reach behind your back and touch the bottom tip of the opposite shoulder blade.
If you are failed to touch any one of the tip of your shoulder blade, then you are at the risk of developing a shoulder pain or you have it already.
