There are certain foods to be included in an Indian low FODMAP Diet recommended in case of 

IBD/IBS and other digestive issues.

 Here i am sharing the foods which can be included in an indian low FODMAP diet as below:-

  1) Groceries - Rice,poha, rice bran,quinoa,oats,oats bran,gluten free products etc.  

   2) Soy,nuts and seeds- Tofu,soy,almonds,peanuts,pine nuts,pumpkin seeds etc.

   3) Non-dairy products - Almond milk,rice milk, coconut milk,soy milk etc. 

   4) Non-vegitarian foods - Egg,chicken,fish etc.

    5) Vegs -  Bell pepper,carrot,green beans,cucumber,lettuce,tomato,zucchini,eggplant,potatoes etc.

     6)Fruits - Oranges,grapes,cantaloupe,banana,blue berries,grapefruit,lemon,lime,oranges etc.

     7) Beverages - Non-dairy milk tea and coffee, black and green tea or coffee,water,fresh fruit juice etc.

     8) Condiments and spices- Basil,carom seeds, chilli,ginger,mustard,pepper,salt,white rice etc.

                 Thus, a proper diet with a healthy lifestyle is very much essential to recover from the specific

                   health condition.
