loose weight.
There are certain basic guidelines to follow while trying to loose weight :-
A) A low calorie with fiber rich diet.
B) Regular exercise for minimum of 45mins to max of 1hr atleast 5 days in a week.
C) Stress management by either doing yoga or meditation.
D) Avoid over eating or munching on unhealthy snacks.
E) Avoid fully processed extra salty or sugary packaged foods.
F) No smoking or drinking alcohol.
G) Avoid late hour eating pattern.
And last but not the least H) Avoid late night sleeping pattern.
Thus,these are some of the basic principles to follow for fat loss as well as
weight loss.
