There are three main reasons why I have this many eggs every day:

1. Eggs have the high anabolic effect. Whole egg may have potential benefits for enhancing muscle mass, independent of its protein content. The yolk comprises ∼40% of the total protein in an egg, as well as containing several nonprotein nutrients that could possess anabolic properties (e.g., microRNAs, vitamins, minerals, lipids, phosphatidic acid and other phospholipids).

2. Eggs are very high in nutrients. They're an excellent source of high-quality protein and rich in B vitamins, zinc, calcium and other important nutrients and antioxidants like choline, lutein and zeaxanthin.

3. Eggs are high healthy fats. They contain omega-3 fatty acids, including DHA and EPA.

4.Eggs are good for healthy teeth -Eggs are surprisingly good for teeth as they contain vitamins D and K, and phosphorus.

Are eggs bad for cholesterol? If you’re afraid of eggs increasing your cholesterol, keep in mind that there’s no evidence to support the idea that eggs raise your bad cholesterol. They can raise your good cholesterol, which isn’t bad for your heart.
